The training program, specially prepared for hotel, restaurant and cafe personnel, those who want to open their own businesses and coffee enthusiasts, takes 2 days of theoretical and practical training at the special Illy Università del Caffè (UDC) standards training center with a capacity of 24 people, and after the training, the participants are served with illy espresso.
