Return Conditions and Rules

You can return the products you have purchased within 15 days from the invoice date.

The original box and packaging of the product you are returning must be intact. Products without packaging or damaged are not accepted for return.

You must send the product you wish to return, along with its invoice, warranty certificate and a petition stating the reason for return.

If the product you want to return is defective, the shipping fee will be covered by us. In other cases, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.

If there is a situation other than what is stated in the product description, the shipping cost is covered by us. In other cases, the shipping cost belongs to the customer.

If the product has been invoiced on behalf of a company, a return invoice must be issued for the product by the relevant company.
