Return Terms and Conditions

You can return the products you have purchased within 15 days from the invoice date.

The original box and packaging of the product you are returning must be intact. Products with missing or damaged packaging cannot be returned.

You must send the product you want to return along with its invoice, warranty certificate and a petition stating the reason for your return.

If the product you want to return is defective, the shipping fee is covered by us. In other cases, shipping costs belong to the customer.

If the product has been invoiced on behalf of the company, a return invoice must be issued for the product by the relevant company.
