MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
This membership agreement is signed by 2F Gıda Pazarlama İthalat İhracat Sanayi Tic. LLC. (may also be referred to as https://illy.barista.com.tr/ in the contract) to determine the rules and conditions regarding the use of the illy.barista.com.tr website. This agreement is integrated with the attached Privacy and Security Statement.
APPROVAL OF THE CONTRACT
Filling out the membership form on our site and logging in to our site means that you accept and undertake to comply with the terms of the illy.barista.com.tr membership agreement. The user is deemed to have undertaken to comply with the membership agreement from the moment the membership process is successfully completed.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
illy.barista.com.tr offers different communication services (voting, placing orders, requesting e-bulletins, being informed about discounts) and electronic shopping opportunities on the internet to its members who approve the contract. illy.barista.com.tr has the right to make changes in the services it offers without notice.
MEMBERSHIP SYSTEM
The member has a "password" that he/she determines. User can change password whenever wants to. The selection and protection of the password is entirely the responsibility of the user. illy.barista.com.tr is absolutely not responsible for any problems arising from the use of passwords.
The e-mail address you provide during registration is specific to the member and allows you to create a single membership; You cannot have two different memberships with the same e-mail address. “Password” is known only to the user.
In order to connect to services that require membership, the user must enter the e-mail address and password he entered during registration.
MEMBER'S OBLIGATIONS
While using the services, the member must ensure that the information in the registration form is accurate and that in cases where this information is required (such as forgetting a password), he/she will be responsible for any damages that may arise from incorrect or incomplete information, and that his/her membership may be terminated in such cases, by illy.barista.com.tr. The copyright of the services and software provided belongs to 2F Gıda Pazarlama İthalat İhracat Sanayi Tic. Ltd.Şti., that this software cannot be reproduced or distributed in any way, that the personal ideas, thoughts, expressions, added files and personal information sent when using the services belong to illy.barista.com.tr and that illy.barista.com.tr is under no circumstances whatsoever due to these files. , cannot be held responsible, the obligation to cover all damages that may occur as a result of such situations will belong to the user, illy.barista.com.tr will not be responsible for information messages and files that will be lost and/or received incompletely or transmitted to the wrong address during the use of the services, Not to access the services offered in a manner other than specified by illy.barista.com.tr and in an unauthorized manner, not to modify the software in any way, not to use those that are obviously modified, and in cases where it does not comply with the mentioned articles, 2F Gıda Pazarlama İthalat İhracat Sanayi Tic. Şti. will not be held responsible, not to send threatening, immoral, racist messages that are contrary to the Laws of the Republic of Turkey and international agreements, not to send information or programs that will damage the information or software on other users' computers, by using illy.barista.com.tr services. Any records obtained or materials obtained are entirely the responsibility of the user, the user is fully responsible for malfunctions in his computer, loss of information and other losses, and 2F Gıda Pazarlama İthalat İhracat Sanayi Tic. AUTHORITIES OF illy.barista.com.tr
illy.barista.com.tr may temporarily suspend or completely stop the operation of the system at any time.
2F Gıda Pazarlama İthalat İhracat Sanayi Tic. Ltd.Şti will not have any liability towards illy.barista.com.tr members or third parties due to temporary suspension or complete discontinuation of the system.
illy.barista.com.tr may prevent the user from logging into the system or obtaining a new password without stating a reason, even if the username and password have been entered correctly.
Information, documents, software, designs, graphics, etc. produced by illy.barista.com.tr itself and/or purchased from outside. All intellectual and industrial rights of the works belong to illy.barista.com.tr.
illy.barista.com.tr's sales are limited to its stocks. illy.barista.com.tr may not deliver products that are not in stock, may cancel the order and refund the order amount to the customer's account.
Information, documents, software, designs, graphics, etc. produced by members and uploaded to the system of their own volition for publication. Works cannot be used without permission.
The authority to change the price and product feature information of the products offered for sale on illy.barista.com.tr belongs exclusively to illy.barista.com.tr. If there is an error in the price and product feature information, illy.barista.com.tr may correct the error and deliver the product or cancel the order and refund the order amount to the customer account.
If it is stated that shipping will be free for products sold together within the scope of a single order, if one of the products is returned, the shipping cost of the non-returned product will be charged from the BUYER. The SELLER reserves the right to deduct the relevant shipping cost from the refund payments to be made to the BUYER, if any.
illy.barista.com.tr may enable the member to navigate to other websites. In this case, illy.barista.com.tr is not responsible for the content of the sites to which the member will navigate.
2F Food Marketing Import Export Industry Trade. Ltd.Şti may make changes in the implementation of this agreement, change existing articles or add new articles. illy.barista.com.tr may turn services that do not require membership into ones that require membership over time, open additional services, change some of its services partially or completely, or turn them into paid services.
VALIDITY OF RECORDS
Member shall notify 2F Gıda Pazarlama İthalat İhracat Sanayi Tic. in case of any disputes that may arise from this agreement. Ltd.Şti.'s book records, microfilm, microfiche and computer records will constitute valid, binding, definitive and exclusive evidence within the meaning of Article 193 of the Civil Code and that this article is in the nature of an evidentiary contract. 2F Gıda Pazarlama İthalat İhracat Sanayi Tic. LLC. He/she accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she waives in advance the right to offer an oath regarding any objection to the records and that they are kept properly.
PROVISIONS TO BE APPLICABLE
In case of any disputes that may arise regarding this agreement, the provisions in this agreement will primarily apply, and in cases where there is no provision, the current Turkish legislation will apply.
COMPETENT COURTS AND ENFORCEMENT OFFICES
Turkish Courts and Enforcement Offices will be authorized to resolve any disputes that may arise from the implementation of this agreement.
ENFORCEMENT
Once the user fills out the registration form and receives a password, this agreement enters into force between the parties indefinitely.
DISSOLUTION
2F Gıda Pazarlama İthalat İhracat Sanayi Tic. Ltd.Şti may terminate this agreement unilaterally at any time.
